We are a law practice, not a relocation agency. That changes what we can offer, and it is the reason for this page. If you came looking for one of the things below, we are not the right address, and we would rather tell you now than after you paid.
1. We do not speed cases up through connections or money
No payments to officials, no “friend at the office”, no queue jumping. Every filing goes in the normal way and takes the normal time. If someone promises a faster result for extra money, the risk lands on you, not on them.
2. We do not guarantee outcomes
The police decide on residence, the bank decides on an account, the registry decides on a registration. We prepare a clean file and tell you honestly how it looks. We do not promise approval and we do not quote dates we do not control. What we do guarantee is in our terms.
3. We do not arrange residence without you being there
A company can be registered by power of attorney, and you can sign that at home. The permit itself has steps that need you in person: the visa at an embassy, then fingerprints and a visit in Serbia. Anyone who sells “residence without ever coming” is selling a problem for later.
4. We do not register shell companies for residence
A company that exists only on paper to support a permit is a risk for the permit, the bank account and the next renewal. The company has to operate: books, a bank account, real contracts. If your business is real, we build it properly. If it is not yet, we say so.
5. We do not arrange fake leases or addresses
Your registered stay has to match where you actually live. We do not invent a rental contract or put you on an address you do not use. The registered business address for a company is a different thing, and we explain it clearly when we quote it.
6. We do not find jobs or arrange work permits through an employer
We are not an employment agency, and we do not put people on a payroll just to qualify for a permit. Our routes are for people who run their own business or have another genuine basis.
7. We do not issue invitation letters for people we do not know
An invitation or sponsorship carries our name. We write it only for a client whose case we have reviewed.
8. We do not backdate or change documents
No backdated contracts, registrations or minutes, no “fixing” an apostille or a certificate. If a document has a problem, we find the legal way to repair it, even if it takes longer.
9. We do not help hide money or avoid tax
Tax residency questions get an honest answer, including the uncomfortable part: if you leave another country, its rules on exit tax and reporting still apply. We do not build structures whose purpose is to hide income. We also do not work on anything meant to get around sanctions or banking compliance.
10. We do not take accounts for businesses that cannot explain themselves
A bank will ask who owns the company, what it does and where the money comes from. If those answers are not clear, we do not send the file to a bank and hope. We fix the explanation first, because a refused application stays on record.
11. We do not do calls or video calls
Everything is in writing, by WhatsApp or email. You get a record of what we said and agreed, and we get a record of what you told us. It is slower than a phone call for one minute and safer for the whole case.
12. We do not start work before the engagement agreement and invoice are paid
The order is fixed: a written engagement agreement and an invoice first, then payment, then work. Payment is by bank transfer only, never to a personal account and never in cash or crypto. If anyone asks you for anything else in our name, do not pay and write to us.
What this means for you
If your case is straightforward, the list costs you nothing. If it is not, you hear it from us in the first written reply, not after weeks and a fee. Start with a written step and see whether we fit.
