What you get
- A business address in Belgrade that you can register with APR as your company's seat
- Your white card (police address registration) at our address, which banks ask for when you open a business or personal account
- Receipt of official and business mail addressed to the company
- A scan the same day, with a short note in English on what the letter is and whether it has a deadline
- Originals sent on by courier when you ask for them (the courier is charged separately)
The white card, and why banks ask for it
The white card (beli karton) is the police registration of a foreigner's address in Serbia. Serbian banks ask for it when a foreigner opens a business account or a personal account, and without it the application usually doesn't move.
Our virtual office includes it: we register your white card at our Belgrade address, so you come to the bank with the paper it will ask for. Many address-only offices, including the big international chains, don't do this, and people find out at the bank counter.
The white card is for the bank. For a residence permit the police still want the flat where you actually live, as explained below.
Why the mail part matters
Letters from the Tax Administration, APR or a court are delivered to the company's registered address. Deadlines to reply usually run from delivery, not from the day you happen to read the letter. A cheap address that nobody checks is how small companies end up with fines they never saw coming. We read everything that comes in and tell you the same day if something needs an answer.
What a virtual office is not
It is not a desk, and you can't meet clients there. It is also not a home address. For a residence permit the police want to see where you actually live, with a real lease or ownership. If someone offers you a "virtual residence" for your permit, say no: a permit built on an address you don't live at can be refused or cancelled later.
Do you need one at all?
If you already rent a flat or an office in Serbia, the company can usually be registered there with the owner's written consent, and you don't need us for this part. The virtual office makes sense when you set up the company from abroad, before you live here, or when you'd rather keep the company's post away from your landlord.
| Option | Good for | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Our virtual office | Company set up from abroad; white card for the bank; mail handled for you | €480 a year |
| Your rented flat | You already live in Serbia and the owner agrees | no extra fee |
| A rented office | You have staff or receive clients | market rent |
