What we advise on

  • Choosing the right structure. Limited liability company, branch office or sole trader: which one fits your activity, liability and tax position.
  • Ownership and management. Founding acts, shareholder agreements, director appointment and powers of attorney, drafted in English and Serbian.
  • Commercial contracts. Drafting and review of service, supply, lease and employment contracts under Serbian law.
  • Tax position. Corporate and personal tax, dividends and tax residency, coordinated with your home-country adviser where needed.
  • Residence for founders and directors. Which route applies to your nationality, Visa D requirements and family members.
  • Banking compliance. Preparing the documents banks request from foreign-owned businesses, so the bank gets what it asks for the first time.

How it works

  1. Tell us about your plan on WhatsApp or by email.
  2. First written reply from the attorney, free.
  3. Written proposal with every step and a fixed fee, before any work starts.
  4. We handle the legal work and keep you updated in English.

Who we work with

Founders, freelancers and investors from the EU, the Middle East, Asia and elsewhere who want to run a business from Serbia, and Serbian companies with foreign owners who need ongoing legal support.

This page is general information, not legal advice for your specific case until we are engaged.

Frequently asked questions

Who gives the legal advice?

Your case is handled by a licensed Serbian attorney with 14 years of practice in corporate and commercial law. Advice is given in English.

Do I need to come to Serbia for a consultation?

No. Consultations are held in writing, by email or WhatsApp. If you are in Belgrade, we can also meet at the office by appointment.

What does the written analysis cover?

We review your plan, your nationality and your goals, and tell you which business structure, residence route and banking set-up fit your case, with a written quote for any further work.

Can you also draft the documents?

Yes. We draft founding acts, shareholder agreements, director decisions, powers of attorney and commercial contracts in English and Serbian.

Tell us what you are planning

A few lines are enough. Every message is read by our lawyer, and the first written reply is free.

  1. You send the form. WhatsApp opens with your message already written. This website stores nothing.
  2. We reply, usually the same business day. If something is missing we ask four things: citizenship, where you live and pay tax now, what the business or income is, and when you want to start.
  3. You get a written plan with fixed fees before any work begins. If we think a bank is unlikely to say yes, or Serbia is the wrong choice for you, you hear it then.
