Steps and fees: start small, in writing

You do not have to buy a package to find out whether Serbia works for you. Start with a free written reply, then take the next step only if you want it. Each paid step is credited against the fee of the service you order after it.

The steps

StepWhat you getFee
1. First written replyWe read your message and tell you in writing whether we can help and which route to look at.Free
2. Written case analysisYour situation and your documents in writing: which route fits, what to fix or prepare, rough costs with third-party fees separate, the main risk and a fixed fee for the work.€120
3. Pre-arrival fileA personal PDF for people who plan to move in the coming months. Details below.€190
4. The service itselfCompany registration €370, registered address €480 for 12 months, Visa D €550 per person, temporary residence €850 per person. State, notary and translation fees are extra, listed upfront.fixed, in writing

Everything is paid by bank transfer, after we send the engagement agreement and the invoice.

How the credit works

  • What you paid for a step is credited against our fee for the service you order next. Government, notary and translation costs are always separate and charged at cost.
  • One credit per client, applied to the first service you order.
  • Credits do not add up. If you took several steps, the largest single credit applies.
  • The pre-arrival file is credited in full if you order a service within 12 months of buying it.

Example: you take the €120 analysis and then order a company registration at €370. You pay €250 for it. You took the €190 file first and then the same registration: you pay €180.

What is in the pre-arrival file

It is for people who have chosen Serbia and plan to arrive in the next three to twelve months. Document work is the slow part, so the file tells you what to start and when.

  1. The route that fits your situation, with the reasons in writing.
  2. Year-one costs for your case, our fees and third-party costs shown separately.
  3. A document list by country of issue: what needs an apostille, what needs a sworn translation, how long each document stays valid, and in which order to request them.
  4. A timeline counted back from your planned arrival month.
  5. Where cases like yours get stuck, for your route and your passport.
  6. Three next steps with dates.

It is 6 to 8 pages, written for you, and you get it about five working days after we have your documents and answers. It does not include any filing, and it promises no outcome. It is not tax advice. If your route changes in the next 12 months, we update it once at no extra charge.

Common questions

Do I have to pay anything to get a first answer?

No. The first written reply is free. You pay only when you take a paid step.

Does the €120 analysis include my documents?

Yes. We read your situation and your documents, check them against the route, and end with a fixed fee for the work.

Is the pre-arrival file the same as a package?

No. It is a planning document, not a filing. If you then order a service within 12 months, its price is credited in full.

Can I combine credits?

No. One credit per client, the largest single one, applied to the first service you order.

How do I pay?

The analysis you can pay in the way that suits you best. Services are paid by bank transfer, after we send the engagement agreement and the invoice.

What happens if the bank refuses my account?

We read the refusal, correct the file and apply to another bank at no extra fee. We cannot promise that a bank will say yes.

Tell us what you are planning

A few lines are enough. Every message is read by our lawyer, and the first written reply is free.

  1. You send the form. WhatsApp opens with your message already written. This website stores nothing.
  2. We reply, usually the same business day. If something is missing we ask four things: citizenship, where you live and pay tax now, what the business or income is, and when you want to start.
  3. You get a written plan with fixed fees before any work begins. If we think a bank is unlikely to say yes, or Serbia is the wrong choice for you, you hear it then.
