What the numbers include

Start-up

Our registration fee of €370, the state fee at the Business Registers Agency (8,000 RSD for electronic registration), the sworn translation of your power of attorney and the notary in Serbia.

Every month

An accountant is mandatory for a d.o.o. Add the bank package, the registered address and, if you live here through your company, your own salary with contributions.

Every year

Annual financial statements go to the Business Registers Agency. For most micro companies the fee is 800 RSD. Your accountant prepares and files them.

Is VAT included?

No. A company has to register for VAT once its turnover passes 8 million dinars in 12 months. Below that it can stay outside the VAT system. Ask your accountant which is better for your business.

Do I have to pay myself a salary?

Not if you only own the company and live abroad. If you want residence in Serbia through your company, you are usually employed in it, and then the company pays your salary with taxes and contributions every month.

Why is the dividend tax different for residents?

Serbian residents pay 15% on dividends. For non-residents the company withholds 20%, unless the tax treaty between Serbia and your country sets a lower rate.

Is this an offer?

It is an estimate for planning. Exchange rate used: about 117 RSD for €1. You get a written offer with exact amounts before you pay anything.

Tell us what you are planning

A few lines are enough. Every message is read by our lawyer, and the first written reply is free.

  1. You send the form. WhatsApp opens with your message already written. This website stores nothing.
  2. We reply, usually the same business day. If something is missing we ask four things: citizenship, where you live and pay tax now, what the business or income is, and when you want to start.
  3. You get a written plan with fixed fees before any work begins. If we think a bank is unlikely to say yes, or Serbia is the wrong choice for you, you hear it then.
