Send me the guide

We use your email only to send you this guide and a few short follow-ups about Serbia. Reply "stop" and they end. See our privacy note.

What is inside

  1. The route in six steps, from the power of attorney to permanent residence, with the one detail that decides when your three years start.
  2. Total cost, with two worked examples: one entrepreneur alone, and a family of four. Our fees and the state costs, separately.
  3. Documents for the company and for Visa D and residence, and why embassies ask for different things.
  4. The bank account: who decides, why the white card matters, and what to do if a bank says no.
  5. Taxes in one paragraph: 15% on profit, 10% on salaries, when VAT starts, when you become tax resident.
  6. Where files get stuck: the five mistakes that cost people weeks.

It also says plainly what we don't do, so you don't lose time writing to the wrong people.

About the guide

Is the guide really free?

Yes. You leave an email and the PDF opens. No payment and no call.

Who wrote it?

Our lawyer in Belgrade, who has worked on company and residence cases for foreigners for 14 years. It is based on the questions we get every week.

Will you send me emails?

A few short ones over the next two weeks, each with one practical point about Serbia. You can unsubscribe with one reply.

Does the guide replace advice on my case?

No. It explains the usual route. Your passport, your country of residence and your business can change the documents and the timeline, and we confirm those in writing.

Tell us what you are planning

A few lines are enough. Every message is read by our lawyer, and the first written reply is free.

  1. You send the form. WhatsApp opens with your message already written. This website stores nothing.
  2. We reply, usually the same business day. If something is missing we ask four things: citizenship, where you live and pay tax now, what the business or income is, and when you want to start.
  3. You get a written plan with fixed fees before any work begins. If we think a bank is unlikely to say yes, or Serbia is the wrong choice for you, you hear it then.
